Canada Travel: Cottage Rentals
Cottage rentals are a great way to vacation if you are on a budget since you can find amazing deals for you and your family. Bear in mind that prices can vary as much as 50 percent, depending on the day and time of year that you plan on renting a cottage. Its a great idea to explore some of the cottage properties available for your vacation dates so you will be able to determine what fits in with your budget. Sometimes you will be able to find package deals that include food, activities and any sightseeing you may wish to do.
All-Inclusive Cottage Rentals
All-inclusive cottage rentals are a wonderful way for families to vacation affordably. Typically included in your price are lodging costs, meals and season-appropriate activities. Sometimes there are additional costs associated with tours that take you outside of the cottage resort, for instance, a day trip to Toronto or Niagara Falls.
Whats so wonderful about an all-inclusive package is that you need not worry about money during your vacation. Everything is paid for up front, so there is nothing to worry about while you are relaxing and enjoying with your family. A lot of cottage rentals that are all-inclusive will even include the gratuity in your price so you wont even need to be concerned with tipping.
The only thing you need to be concerned with is making sure that your vacation will offer you and your family the activities that you want to enjoy. As stated above, there are often additional costs for extra activities put together by your hosts or your resort, such as guided tours to other regions or ski and kayaking equipment rentals. The best bet is to weigh out the costs of an all-inclusive trip with a regular cottage rental and see where you will save the most money. More often than not, an all-inclusive cottage rental will be your best bet.
